Our Story

We're a queer, disabled and neurodivergent-owned consultancy helping people, teams, and organizations identify and act on opportunities to grow inclusively.

We take a collaborative, relational, and anti-oppressive approach to research and engagement, then build customized, context-specific solutions to empower growth, cultivate inclusivity, and drive positive long-term transformation.

What We Do,
Who We Do It For

We're a strategic partner for people who care. For the ones who believe belonging is a right, not a privilege. For the ones who know real change takes time, intention, and sustained momentum. For the ones who want community and connection, not checklists. For the ones who honour inclusion as a foundation and a lens, not the afterthought. For the ones who want depth over optics, relationships over transactions.  If you're ready to root your work in values that last, we're right here. We see you. We're with you. Let's do this together.
